Carol Ann Stephens has proudly worked for Athens Neighborhood Health Center for 38 years. She began her journey on July 8, 1987, as a Medical Records Clerk. Over time, she was trained to assist at the front desk with patient check-ins.
When ANHC transitioned to the new location at 675 College Avenue, she continued her responsibilities as both Medical Records Clerk and Receptionist. In addition, she received training to assist with patient check-outs in the Front Office.
Throughout her many years with Athens Neighborhood Health Center, she has witnessed tremendous growth and development. Carol views her time at ANHC as a privilege, especially seeing the expansion of services and the construction of a new facility to better serve our community.
Since she first started in July 1987, ANHC has grown significantly, and Carol never misses an opportunity to remind others how honored she is to be part of the journey.
