Site Manager
Taylor Pass. He has been serving as a Site Manager at Athens Neighborhood Health Center (College Avenue) since January 2021. He has 8 years of healthcare experience. He is also the Owner and Founder of Pass Pro Performance, LLC., which has been operating officially since 2020. Taylor is a native of East Athens, Georgia, and a proud product of the Clarke County School District. He graduated from Cedar Shoals High School in 2008. He received his B.A. in Sociology from Morgan State University in 2013, where he is also a member of the Varsity “M” Club, through playing football. He received his Masters in Health Administration and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Taylor has a strong love for his community and a passion for helping others, especially the youth in the community. He proudly serves on some local boards around Clarke County and is a part of some local and national organizations. Some of which he serves as a Deacon at East Friendship Baptist Church, Athens-Clarke County Planning Commission, The Y.W.C.O. Board of Directors, The Champions Foundation, Morton Theatre Board of Directors, Northeast Georgia Youth Football Conference Advisory Committee, a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., a member of the Juvenile Offender Advocacy Program, a member of the Clarke County Mentor Program, and a member of the Evelyn C. Neely Leadership Program.
