With over eight years of dedicated service at Athens Neighborhood Health Center, John Wolfe brings a strong background in healthcare finance and strategic leadership to the role of Chief Financial Officer. In this position, he oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, grant management, compliance, and reporting, ensuring the organization’s resources are aligned with its mission to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare to the community.

Throughout his tenure, John has played a key role in strengthening the center’s financial sustainability and operational efficiency. He has led initiatives to optimize funding utilization, improve financial transparency, and support the expansion of services through data-driven fiscal strategy, and reduce cost to patients. With a passion for community health and a commitment to equity, John partners closely with leadership, board members, and external stakeholders to ensure long-term impact and growth.

John holds a Master of Public Administration and worked for over 20 years as a local government auditor. He is dedicated to fostering responsible stewardship of resources in support of the organization’s mission to serve underserved populations in Athens and surrounding communities.
