Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Kenny Esho is a board-certified Pediatrician and Chief Medical Officer at Athens Neighborhood Health Center. He has been with the federally qualified health center since July 2017. Dr. Esho completed his undergraduate studies at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. He then attended Morehouse School of Medicine; completed pediatric training at Medical college of Georgia. He is an assistant clinical professor with the AU/UGA partnership where he teaches 3rd year medical students during their pediatric clerkship. Dr. Esho is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and serves on the executive board of the Georgia chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is passionate about preventative care, childhood literacy and adolescent medicine.
