Physician's Assistant
Sara Trivette PA-C, CHES serves as the primary care provider at Hilsman Health Center for Athens Neighborhood Health Center, ANHC. She graduated from the University of Iowa with her MPAS degree in 2006. She was a National Health Service Corp Scholar and has worked at a Federally Qualified Health Center, FQHC, since graduation; first in Albany, GA at Albany Area Primary Healthcare, AAPHC, from 2006- 2022 and now in Athens at ANHC. She started the first School Based Health Center, SBHC, for AAPHC in Turner Elementary in 2013. She oversaw the SBHC department increase from 2 sites to over 10 sites and served as the department chair. She has served as Leadership Fellow for the School Based Health Alliance and has completed a Healthcare Transformational Leadership Fellowship through Morehouse School of Medicine. She has a particular interest in sustainable and comprehensive school-basedhealth care that focuses on health promotion and health prevention. In 2022, her family relocated to the Athens area. She has a 7-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter who keep her busy. She is so thankful to be able to continue her work at a FQHC and SBHC, especially in such a supportive environment as the Clarke County School District.
